Shipping methods and fees
We are pleased to offer different shipping options including Same Day Delivery for HK$ 90, and complimentary Express Delivery. All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding Statutory Holidays and days of severe weather. All shipping options are pending payment authorization. Your order will be shipped once your payment is approved.
At this time, our delivery service is available in Hong Kong only.
During high volume time, Gentlemanclub.com reserves the right to limit its delivery options. Please refer to the shipping options available at checkout.
Products on our site are subject to availability. Once you select a size, an availability message will appear to indicate the delivery of your item.
RETURN POLICY
We offer free and easy returns within 30 days after delivery.
Here is a quick returns policy checklist for your reference:
1. Is the item within 7 days from the day you received it?
2. Is the item in the same condition, unwashed, unworn, as when it first arrived?
3. Are the tags intact and attached to the item?
4. Is the item still in its original packaging?
5. Have you completed the online return form?
6. Is the item packed neatly and securely, together with the invoice (sold by Sellers' item ONLY), ready to be returned?
The item remains in your care before it gets back to us. Please do ensure that utmost care is taken when preparing the item to be returned to us. Once you have checked that everything is in place, you are ready to make the return of your shopping back to us!
